Samo par dana nakon 13og rođendana Quake-a, ZeniMax Media Inc. je završio kupnju id Software-a Inc. Ovim potezom ZeniMax Media, inače nadređena/matična kompanija  Bethesda Softworks-a(Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3), ne bi trebala mijenjat poslovanje id Software-a, barem u kratkom roku.

Tako da već najavljeni id naslovi kao što su RAGE, Wolfenstein, itd. će i dalje biti izdani od strane Activisona odnosno Electronic Arts-a.

Također i svi ostali dogovori id Software-a ostaju isti, bilo to dugogodišnji ugovori s zaposlenicima, ili raspodjela rada unutar studija, do svih dosadašnjih poslovnih operacija i sl. Ali zato će svi daljni naslovi biti ZeniMax igre.

Prošlog vikenda na Zagrebačkom jezeru Jarun u Macao klubu održan je “All Play Media Multimedijalni Event”, a u sklopu kojeg su se održao i playoff sezone 1 ESL Pro Series-a.

Sam event je puno obećavao, kako i ne bi s najavljenim ukupnim nagradnim fondom od 27000kn u hardwaru, brojnim drugim sadržajem kao što su pristupačne cijene na razne tehnološke proizvode, knjige, filmove, zatim projekcijama filmova, promocija, predavanja itd.

The Decerto COD2 frag movie featuring top North American players has been released. By far the best Call of Duty picture to date, it manages to create smooth fast-paced viewing for what is otherwise a rather slow game. Well constructed with slick editing, matched with solid music and insane frags this is worth its weight in megabytes.

Almost two years after the release of MXS – The Movie, the guys from MXS have just released their second Unreal Tournament 2004 frag compilation movie, MXS the Movie 2.

So what can you expect?
Great quality, great and original effects, lot of creativity from the editor, great content with quite a few sick frags, good sync with a unique soundtrack. And the experience takes more than 10 minutes. Everyone should check this out, those too who are not fans of the Unreal series.
